Service Agreement
In the service agreement, the services to be delivered and the agreements between Way2Connect and the client have been laid down. Agreements referring to the services and the level thereof are defined in this agreement. Download the full Service Agreement here.
Data Processing Agreement
Way2Connect processes personal data for and at the request of the client, because the client is bound by a software user agreement. For that reason, both parties must enter into a Data Processing Agreement according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Download the full Data Processing Agreement here.
